What is Comfort Valet doing
in response to COVID-19?
Safety measures and new procedures
To protect you and our staff, Comfort Valet is taking the following precautions:
All our staff have completed OSHA Section 19 training and certification, regarding workplace hygiene and illness prevention.
We have implemented new procedures of PPE use that eliminate the risk of any cross contamination.
Implemented new cleaning products that are considered hospital-grade and CDC approved for disinfecting and sanitization.
Before beginning each shift, every staff member is required to fill out a self-assessment regarding their symptoms and exposure to anyone infected with the COVID-19 virus.
If a staff member calls off due to any suspected illness, we will contact customers at his/hers assigned building immediately and reschedule service if deemed necessary.
What should I do to protect myself and the housekeeper?
We ask that all customers proactively follow the CDC’s guidelines to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.
During your housekeeping we recommend:
- Please wear a mask if you are in the same room as the CV Staff member. (If you need a mask, the housekeeper can provide one for you.)
- Please call to reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the wellbeing of those living in your home
